Bridging the divide, one conversation at a time.
…bringing meaningful and topical conversations to your classroom or discussion group…

Encouraged Conversations is a collection of recorded conversations on different opinions and beliefs, presented in bitesize chapters to be used as a basis for reflection and discussion.
The Conversations are:
Authentic
Because the participants are anonymous and can speak frankly
Illuminating
Because they shine a light on what people really think behind closed doors
Engaging
Because the participants know each other well and so the listener can feel as if they are part of a private and relaxed conversation
Valuable
Because understanding why people hold particular views and values can help bridge divides in intergroup discourse and nurture more empathetic interpersonal relations
